District Managers’ and Field Trainers’ activities and behaviors are very often the first real opportunity new dealers have to form opinions of Signtronix, the Regional office, and its dealers. The way you conduct yourself in front of them may very well be the reason a person chooses to stay with Signtronix or leave for other opportunities. The purpose of field training is to show the new or existing dealers the great opportunities that are available to them, and the activities that are required to become successful.
