Signtronix – Artlink Information Reminder

We are having problems with ArtInk because some of you are not filling out all the information on the information form at artlink@signtronix.com  Please make sure you enter the business name  as the SUBJECT on your e-mail to Artlink.

Also, believe it or not, some of you are forgetting your password that enables you to get into the Artlink site and are calling Artlink and asking them for your password.  This takes up their time…PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD!

DO NOT directly contact any of the Artlink designers…GO THRU THE ARTLINK WEBSITE.  If your favorite designer happens to be on vacation for a week, your order will not be worked on until the designer gets off vacation.  The week delay could create problems from the customer and could create a cancellation.  The Artlink program is a fantastic program for all dealers, but if you don’t follow the rules, you can create problems for Artlink which negatively affects the entire nation.  Please be more responsible and help us smooth out these wrinkles.
