Signtronix – Believe Yourself 100%

Did you ever feel:  “If this customer just believed me, they would have made the purchase and their business would have benefitted?”  After asking the first question, you should always ask the second:  “Do I believe me?”  Believing yourself 100% is often the difference between walking away with the order or not.  I can’t tell you how many times I had a customer say:  “I’m not sure I believe all this but I can see you do…you’re the expert; write it up.”

The moral:  The second question is really the first question.  Do whatever it takes to convince yourself wholeheartedly.  Uncertainty is your enemy in sales.  Take a mental snap shot of the Top Producers.  Don’t they all sound confident?  Convincing?
