Signtronix – Focus on Making Friends

Seth & Sarah McNeal are at it again!  They were making a presentation to a Hair Salon and Seth was showing the customer photos of his layouts that had won “Sign of the Day”.  When he came across the photo of “Reflections”, the owner of the shop let out a big “yeah” because can you believe it… she at one time worked at Reflections. In fact, she and her friends had gone on the Signtronix Facebook page and “liked” the sign so it would win “Sign of the Month”.  Since that time she has moved on and now has her own salon.  The customer said she remembers that customers noticed Reflections sign the minute it was up!  Needless to say, this was a no brainer and a Model 26 is on its way!

Seth & Sarah were struggling a little this morning when Seth got a text from Vernie Boren.  Vernie told him to focus on making friends. That’s what he says 90% of the time, and it never ceases to work!  So, they went into a Dance Studio and met the owner and her mom. Right when they walked in the owner told them she didn’t need a sign because she had just ordered one.  Actually, the parents of her dance students raised $500 and gave it to her towards a sign!  Seth proceeded to make friends and said he just wanted to show them what he had.  He then brought in his LED sample. At this point, the dynamic Seth & Sarah really got the customer to open up.  She went on to tell us her story and how she had danced professionally for 10 years in New York, Vegas and even on cruise ships across 6 different continents! Turns out she had danced on very same the Princess Cruise Ship that Seth & Sarah had taken to Alaska! By this time they had built so much rapport there was no trouble closing an LED-40. Seth & Sarah even shared with the customer about their upcoming “cruise” to the Sea of Cortez.  As they were leaving the business the customer said, “I really hope you guys win the trip to Hawaii!  Call me and let me know!”

Seth & Sarah are having fun and making friends while in the field.  They send a BIG thanks to Vernie Boren for his continuous support and help in all matters!

“When the door of happiness closes, another one opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.”  ~Helen Keller
