We get a lot of sales leads from the internet and from existing signs we have sold across America in the last 50 + years. How that lead is handled will either set up a sale or set up a quote.  You see, they called us or made an inquiry through the internet and are, in most cases, just looking for a price. We, on the other hand, want to convert this inquiry to a sale!

There are many ways to handle a lead. We just show up or we call and go to the lead, sometimes a great distance away, with no setup or without qualifying for partners. That, in most cases, results in a no sale or a condition that you cannot solve (no partner, just gathering quotes, type of sign we don’t make).
