Signtronix – IMPORTANT – Proper Procedure for Using ArtLink

Any Dealer who wishes to add ArtLink to an order MUST fill out a request on the ArtLink website. http://artlink.signtronix.com.

ArtLink has manually entered over 15 requests in the past week.  This means 15 surprise ArtLink designs that have to be scheduled in and also 15 customers that had to wait for the order to be sent in to the factory , entered and sent down to ArtLink.

The delay creates a huge problem.  The customer has had time to cool down and it becomes difficult to attain approval of the layout as other issues may arise and delay the process.

Please get the word out that ALL orders with ArtLink must be entered by the Dealer BEFORE received by the Home Office so that the Art Department can begin to work with the customer. This will reduce delays, cancellations, holds, etc.
