Signtronix Lady Of The Month – Cathy Giacobe

Published by at 2:31 pm under Signtronix

Earl Nightingale once said, “We are at our very best, and we are happiest, when we are fully engaged.” This only begins to explain the happiness and aura of clarity that radiates from Cathy Giacobe. She is constantly engaged in activities benefiting her family, her community and her workplace, “I am always busy; definitely one of those people who doesn’t stop until it’s time to go to bed.”

The George Inn, a local hangout, is where Denny Giacobe found the woman of his dreams. Cathy was beautiful, smart and ready for all the fun and craziness Denny had to offer. Their relationship blossomed quickly and continually. Just recently, Cathy and Denny celebrated their 30th Anniversary! They truly are a power couple in the world of Signtronix and beyond.

Denny’s beautiful bride, Cathy, is a motivated and dynamic woman. She was born and raised in New Jersey and lived there until her children were born. It’s typical to find Cathy cooking, enjoying the outdoors and working in the yard doing landscaping. She is also an avid boater and loves to sit in the sun reading a good book.

Cathy and Denny have two daughters, Michele and Lisa, of which they are very proud. “Our daughters have blessed us with five wonderful grandchildren. Ryan,10, Tyler, 9, Kaitlyn & Kyle, 8 year old twins and the youngest, Timothy, 6 months.” Cathy was a stay-at-home mom until her children went to school. She then returned to work at an Insurance company. After 13 years, Cathy decided to semi-retire and enjoy her grandkids as they seemed to be coming one after another! Cathy now works part-time at a local newspaper which still allows her time with family. “I am enjoying the older grandkids as well as our newest addition and my parents, who are in their 80’s.”

In 1998, Denny was working for a sign company who decided to cut his pay. He came home and asked Cathy what he should do…quit or take the cut. Cathy said, “Quit. You have put so much into the company and the cut was undeserving.” The day he quit, Denny left the office and picked up a newspaper with the Signtronix ad in it. He went for an interview the very same day and was hired!

Being a part of Signtronix has changed their lives for the better. “Through the years, we have been able to give our family great opportunities. Financially, it has made our life more comfortable and being part of the Signtronix family is priceless. I have met so many people over the years and have enjoyed the opportunity to entertain some in our home. Having the opportunity to sell signs anywhere in the US is amazing. There is nothing stopping our success.”

Thank you, Cathy, for your positive attitude and endless quest to be engaged in the success of Signtronix. It’s an honor to have you as our Lady of the Month.
