Excellence is not a skill. It is an attitude.  ~Ralph Marston

New Signtronix Dealer Beth Murphy headed out for her first day in the field. On her second stop, she found herself in a Beauty Salon talking to an owner that KNEW she needed to do something about her signage (or lack of signage). Her only sign was a canopy with faded letters and a sandwich board on the sidewalk. Through the questionnaire, Beth discovered there is also a Dog Wash/Grooming business owned by the same business owner at the same location.   Beth, following what she was taught in Brad’s training class, did an excellent presentation and built a tremendous amount of value in the power of new signage. After a trip to the second floor to hang out a window and take measurements for sign placement, Signtronix  DM Brad Whistler drew up artwork that started with a newspaper ad graphic and ended up with a new image for the Hair Salon and the Dog Grooming business. Beth did an ROI showing the return with the impact from JUST a sign for the Salon. Anything from the Dog Grooming would be a bonus over and above. In the end, the owner is expecting a set of brand new Model 35 Arch Crystal-lite signs to flush mount on her building wall. WOW!

The next day new Signtronix Dealer Eric Borden was working on his own and found himself talking to the owner of an Automotive Repair Shop that had been lit up twice before. The difference was this time the brother was no longer a part of the business. The lone ranger owner, freed from his brother, decided he was going to talk to Eric about signs. Eric did a strong lite-up, even knowing the owner had already seen the process twice before. At artwork, Eric decided to call Brad for some help. Being about 15 minutes away and between calls, Brad headed to the location and helped to turn the daugher-in-law’s sketch into a new set of custom Model 46 Panels for a very excited business owner and his wife. Great job to the ICEBREAKING EAGLES of Signtronix !

Champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it. The victorious performance itself is merely the demonstration of their championship character.  ~T. Alan Armstrong
