Signtronix – Why 8 Lite-Ups A Day

  1. Because the odds are with you!  The national closing average shows that 1 out of 4 lite-ups results in a sale.  We aim you at two sales per day, making 6 lite-ups mandatory.  We tip the odds in your favor by fitting in an extra 2 lite-ups per day.  (If we do not take chances with your day, why should you?)
  1. Because it gives you a dynamic image!  In order to keep your 8 lite-ups schedule you must be continually alert, on the move and efficient with your time.  This impresses your customer because he interprets this urgency and alertness to mean that you are confident, dynamic and definitely enthusiastic about your product.  (In other words, you might be feeling terrible but unless the customer knows you really well, he will never guess it!  You’ve got too much hustle.  You create too much urgency to be down!  Boy, are you enthused!)
  1. Because your attitude is protected!  There is no one more enthusiastic, more confident, and more positive than a Signtronix salesman when he is in front of a customer.  Your program keeps you continually in front of a customer, continually enthusiastic, continually confident and continually positive.  You don’t have time to be negative.  (You are so involved in the present… the HERE and NOW… that you have no time for morbid thoughts or distracting personal problems.  Thoughts of this type are destructive and frustrating during your productive hours, especially where your concentration is concerned.)
  1. Because your security and peace of mind is assured.  If you will give 8 hard-hitting, enthusiastic, intelligent lite-ups each day, you can forget the sales.  They’ll come automatically.  Keep your mind on your customer, his problems and especially on your plan.  Again, if you are true to your plan, your plan will be true to you.

Thanks to Kozell Boren and Conrad Escalante.  The above is just as true today as they were in 1965.  This is the foundation Signtronix was built on and as Tom Johnson once said, “Let’s look back to the future to increase the productivity and success of our dealers”.

“Trust men and they will be true to you; treat them greatly, and they will show themselves great.”  ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
