Signtronix – Zero Defects Part 2

STARTING WITH SENDING IN CORRECT PAPERWORK, ORDER ENTRY DOING A PERFECT JOB, AND THEN EVERY PHASE OF MANUFACTURING DOING A PERFECT JOB EVERY TIME.  FINALLY, TESTING AND INSPECTION TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES WHAT THEY PAID FOR AND EXPECTS TO RECEIVE! Remember the saying that PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT has been revised to say CORRECT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.  We should also revise our saying of SIGNS SELL SIGNS to CORRECT SIGNS SELL SIGNS and MAKES HAPPY CUSTOMERS! INCORRECT SIGNS DO NOT SELL SIGNS AND THEY MAKE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS.

 

Kozy and Signtronix hosted the California Sign Association meeting at Signtronix because we are the LEADER in our industry. You do not have that HONOR GIVEN TO YOU  . . . . YOU HAVE TO EARN IT!!!  Let’s all work toward keeping the title of LEADER in our industry by striving for ZERO DEFECTS.
